If you don't see it, call us, we are always adding new products to our
inventory. If you need ideas on what to have at your event, call
us and our customer service representative will be glad to recommend
products based on the type of event you are planning. No sales
pressure, only recommendations to aide you in your event
planning.
Our Goal is to
make your event a safe and memorable one. We are building our
reputation on safety, reliability and dependability. We
clean and sanitize our equipment before and after every use and after it
is set up at your location. We guarantee to provide
safe, clean, sanitized equipment at least one 1/2 hour prior to your event.
Your equipment will be set up & the inflatable properly staked by our qualified, trained technicians.
Attendants are
available for $20.00 an hour with a minimum of four hours a day.
The attendants are part of our staff that will assist you in managing
your guests and monitoring our equipment to ensure safety is exercised
at all times. Attendants are required for events with large groupings
such as family reunions, picnics, corporate affairs, fundraisers etc.
Attendants are not required when renting our Inflatable's for small back yard parties.
Currently No Deposit is
required to reserve our rentals**; in order to continue this policy we ask
that cancellations are
made early enough to allow us to rent our unit to another customer, at
least one week in
advance.
As soon as you know you will not be renting the equipment that you have
reserved, please let us know. Last minute cancellations cost us money.
We reserve the
right to refuse to set up our inflatable units - bounce houses as well
as water slides - in inclement weather.
Inclement weather refers to rainy, stormy, or windy etc; It will be our responsibility to
preserve our equipment. (Please see our
